Working with us
We know that every application is different, but we believe that following these four steps, and working closely with us, can significantly reduce the time from application to offer. As well as making landlords lives easier, we are committed to continually improving the intermediary experience, and regularly reviewing and enhancing our services.
We created the intermediary portal with real time alerts and case tracking, product search, mortgage illustration functionality and document management, all with our intermediaries needs in mind. You can log in and apply for any of our buy-to-let products in one place, using a single sign on. The authorised users function allows you to share one or all of your cases with other intermediaries and your admin team for a more streamlined process.
If you’re not already registered to use our portal, you can do so here.
Our commitment to sustainability
Committed to raising standards in the Private Rented Sector (PRS), Paragon is committed to achieving net zero by 2050, with green mortgage incentives supporting landlords applying for funding on properties with an EPC rated A-C. We are also actively working towards retrofit options to support customers whose property EPC rating is below a C, in order to help them upgrade their properties and EPC ratings
