Accord, Barclays, Clydesdale Bank, Coventry BS, Family BS and Melton BS all offer these.


In addition, while not officially branded as offset, Molo Finance allow landlords to reduce their interest payments on their buy to let mortgages using their Savings Booster.

Which Lenders will allow the applicant to use their excess personal income towards the rental calculation for a buy to let mortgage (top-slicing)?
