Max LTV 90%

Max LTV 90% Loan £500,000 including unsecured debt consolidation of up to £60,000.

No Application Fee

We do not charge application fees on our remortgages.

Free AVM or Valuation

We will provide either a Free AVM or a Free Valuation up to £700,000  for a remortgage.

EPC Discounts

If an applicant has a confirmed EPC rating of A, B or C, we give a discount of up to 0.3% during the fixed rate period.

Product Transfers

Product Transfers available at the end of fixed rate for existing customers, subject to meeting our eligibility criteria.
